usage meters, e-mail notification and alarms. For more advanced users, a JAVA
development kit accelerates the integration of the JNIOR into almost any network
based system. The JNIOR easily interacts with your equipment and IT systems over
the plant Ethernet network (wired or wireless).
From large enterprise installations with 1000s of
nodes to smaller customers with 1 -10 nodes, the JNIOR has shown its reliability
and scalability providing data relentlessly. With INTEG’s monitoring solution,
many JNIORs can easily be managed and maintained.
Standard software packages are available as
plug-ins for the JNIOR. The Task Manager utility program schedules tasks to
inform you of your equipment operation, including local data logging for long
term storage, based on time or events – 24/7. For discrete manufacturers, the
KPI Monitor web-based tool records and displays your Key Performance Indicators
- availability, productivity and pieces made - on an hourly, daily, weekly,
monthly and yearly basis. INTEG’s JNIOR technology is also complimented by a
team of responsive experts for customer service and support.
