Alarm Dialer

DATA-COMMAND gives you the ability to send  voice alerts to a list of numbers with escalation and acknowledge receipt from a touch tone phone (a direct auto-dialer replacement).  But that is were the similarities between DATA-COMMAND and typical auto-dialers stop.

DATA-COMMAND is able to send text messages and e-mail, log the time the event occurred.  Since DATA-COMMAND monitors the health of all devices on its system it will also send a notification that the unit is inoperable.  Most auto-dialers when disconnected from a phone line or powered off become ineffective and if an event occurs during that period, no notification is sent.

Additionally, because of the availability of our connectivity options, you are untied from any one form of connection.  A business-class dial-up phone line connection can cost as much as $80 per month.  Since DATA-COMMAND can use any existing internet connection through DSL, Cable, Satellite, T1 or any other means your monthly cost can be significantly reduced.
